Addressing food insecurity is an important part of community justice. While access to fresh healthy food is a basic human right, we acknowledge this is not accessible to all. We accept donations form local businesses and private donations that may otherwise go to waste.
Clothing is a basic human need that not all have access to. We recognize that adequate clothing can provide individuals with safety from inclement weather as well as an increased sense of self, necessary to continue to grow and strive in their communities
Many immigrants today arrive with limited knowledge of the English language. Adults of all ages arrive with a desire to learn, work and establish a sense of connection. These classes provide a stepping stone for further opportunities including navigating systems in our country and advancements in their careers.
